Who is Light's sister?
Sayu Yagami (夜神 粧裕, Yagami Sayu) is the kind-hearted younger sister of Light Yagami who plays a minor role in the main storyline, remaining unaware of Light's possession of the Death Note and his role as Kira.
She has no injuries in her leg, rather she was shock stricken and hence on the wheelchair for the which while she was shown on the wheels.
Sachiko is apparently never told that Light Yagami is Kira. It is likely that she was told that he died in the battle against Kira like his father Soichiro. Near makes sure that the truth of Kira's defeat is never publicized, and in the manga, people simply believe Kira is resting.

C-Kira is the name given to the fifth Kira by Near, which stands for Cheap Kira. They are named as such because they only kill the elderly that wish to die, which is similar to assisted suicide.
Takada gains the Shinigami Eyes from Rem, but as in the case of Higuchi, winds up captured as Kira and killed by Light's piece of Death Note.

Once L figures out Rem must have killed Watari, Rem writes L's name in the notebook, killing him. As L has a heart attack, Light catches L and holds him by the arms, allowing L to see Light's smug smirk to show that he was indeed Kira the whole time. L's death in the anime.
How did Light dad get Shinigami eyes?
