Appearance. Hu Tao is medium-sized girl with long brown hair tied in a pair of pigtails that fades into red at the tips and a black hat adorned by a yellow emblem along with red blossoms and blue ribbons tied to said flowers at the side of the hat.

The Raiden Shogun, also known as Ei, is an interesting character in Genshin Impact, as she doesn't have a distinct age.
Genshin Impact's Version 2.2 update saw the return of two characters: Tartaglia “Childe” from the Fatui Harbingers and Hu Tao, the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor director.
One of the reasons YanTao shippers ship these two is because Yanfei does not state negatively of Hu Tao, while majority of the Liyue cast does. This makes the ship stronger to the fandom as they find this pairing very valid.
Xiao, however, is one of the few people who can tolerate her. He does find Hu Tao irritating, especially her liveliness and extroversion. But Xiao also appreciates one of Hu Tao's redeeming qualities, which is her sense of humor.

While she may not be the best in marketing, she exceeds expectations when it comes to proper funerals. Hu Tao saw burying Qiqi is an act of kindness. She thought that by doing so, Qiqi would gain eternal peace — but Qiqi didn't agree.

Hu Tao is the 77th Director of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, a person vital to managing Liyue's funerary affairs. She does her utmost to flawlessly carry out a person's last rites and preserve the world's balance of yin and yang.
Canon. Chongyun and Hu Tao have yet to be seen interacting in canon, they have been shown to have known eachother since they were both young children. In Chongyun's voiceover lines, he expresses his dislike for Hu Tao and claims that her smile makes his blood boil.
However, this combination works well if players want Hu Tao to deal her highest damage numbers with her Burst. The Astrologist Mona allows for some astronomical (pun intended) damage numbers using her Burst. Apart from that, this team plays out similarly to the most typical Hu Tao compositions.
This song will likely be used again if Zhongli ever gets a story mission that delves into his past relationship with Guizhong.

For the duration of his Burst, Xiao constantly loses HP, which means he will soon be on the brink of death. To handle this issue, it is crucial to protect Xiao with a healer. Xiao is best paired with healers that can "follow" him, such as Barbara or Qiqi.

Hu Tao needs Whopperflower Nectar, Shimmering Nectar, and Energy Nectar. Nectar is used both for increasing talent level and ascending her level cap. You can find all Nectar variants by killing Whopperflowers.

Canon. There isn't much content that contains the two as they have not interacted in the canon timeline yet. They both have butterfly as their symbol. Xiao's story quest is called "Butterfly's Dream" while Hu Tao's quest is called "Yet the Butterfly Flutters Away".
